You may place orders on-line 7 days a week 24 hours day! If you would like to speak with someone you will need to refer to the business hours that are listed below. What are my payment options? 

 

We take credit cards (American Express, Visa, and Master Card) through the service of paypal.You are not required to have an account with paypal to purchase online with us. When placing an order on-line we ask that you fill out ALL the billing information fields with the correct information as to where you receive your bill. When will my order ship? 

 

 

All orders placed by 4pm EST will be shipped within 2 business days. Any orders placed after 4pm EST on Thursday will be processed the following Monday. We apologize for any inconvenience. You will receive an order status email once your order has been shipped.

 

Availability of Items 

 

If I see the item in stock does this mean it is available? 

 

Yes. However we maintain a live inventory on our web site, what you see on our site is usually what we have in stock. Like any other inventory systems there are slightly differences in what our inventory shows and what is actually on our shelves. For that reason we do not charge your credit card until the item is pulled, packed and shipped. If an item on your order is out of stock after recieving your order, we will email you with the option to either wait for the item to come in or to remove that item from your order.

 

Once I have made an order has my credit card been charged? 

 

All orders are handled individually and credit card accounts will not be charged until the product is available and ready to be shipped. 

 

 

What if I never receive my order? 

 

Situations may occur causing a package to not be delivered and we ask that you email customer service at: sales@showoffindustries.com, that includes your order number and we will get back to as quickly as possible.

How much will my shipping charges be? 

 

All orders are handled on an individual basis. When placing an order on-line you will get a shipping charge quote before you finish making the order at check out.
